Style and approach
Suzanne's approach is to use a range of one-to-one and group interventions to both support and challenge managers in maximising their own and their organisation's potential. She works in an honest, adult to adult style, using reality-based approaches to help people deal with the complex challenges they face at work.
Experience and talent
Suzanne is particularly skilful at facilitating change for individuals, groups and organisations. Her key areas of expertise include leadership development, group facilitation, team coaching, strategic HR and creativity and innovation.
Recent projects/clients
Previous clients include a large drinks business, major charity, national museum, clothing manufacturer, food conglomerate, national theatre and a global insurance organisation. Suzanne has spoken at conferences in the UK, Netherlands and Thailand and facilitated throughout Europe and the USA.
Previous work history
Suzanne started her working life as a commercial underwriter, before moving on to operational and strategic roles in human resources within the financial services sector. More recently, she was Assistant Director at Roffey Park Management Institute, focusing on middle and senior management development and HR and OD consultancy. She remains lead tutor on their MSc in People and Organisation Development. In 2004, Suzanne became an independent facilitator, consultant and writer, and joined the i.d. team.
Qualifications
Suzanne has an MA in Management Learning from the University of Lancaster and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is experienced in the use of a range of psychometric instruments.
