Style and approach
Kate is known as someone who approaches her work with humanity and truthfulness. She has the skills and experience to understand what is going on for people in organisations - and to create a safe environment in which the key issues can be explored. Her skill is in examining and understanding the key psychological and behavioural factors facing organisations and individuals - and in supporting people to take action to move forward.
Experience and talent
Kate has broad experience in the management development arena and her work is underpinned by her training and qualifications in psychology. Areas of particular expertise include: leadership and management development, team development, executive coaching and competency based assessment and development. She is an expert in the application of the MBTI and regularly qualifies managers and HR professionals in its use.
Recent projects/clients
Kate has worked with world-class organisations in North America, Europe and the Far East. Recent projects include team development and leadership coaching for an investment bank, designing and delivering management development for the senior civil service and developing values and strategy for a leading financial institution.
Previous work history
Kate started her career at Ashridge Management College and has also worked for two leading organisational psychology consultancies. She has been director of her own business psychology practice since 1999 and is retained as an associate with OPP, the European supplier of some of the world's best-known psychological tools and qualification training programmes.
Qualifications
Kate has an MSc in Occupational Pscyhology from Birkbeck College, University of London. She is an NLP practitioner and is qualified in a wide range of personality assessment instruments.
