Barbara Kenton MSc, DTM, FCIPD, Cert Coun 
Barbara has over 25 years experience as a manager and development specialist at both operational and strategic levels. She is a skilled facilitator, coach and mentor and specialises in the development of leadership, trainer training, interpersonal skills and diversity. She also has a particular expertise in facilitating groups, especially supporting people through change. Prior to joining the i.d. team, Barbara was a senior consultant at Roffey Park, and also spent several years at the Civil Service College.
Chris Lake MBA, DMS, FCMI, FRSA, Adv Cert OD
Chris is financially and strategically astute and believes passionately that organisational performance and individual development are inextricably linked. Areas of particular expertise include leadership and organisation development, senior team facilitation and coaching executives. Before establishing i.d., Chris was Executive MBA Director at Roffey Park and his prior commercial and line management experience was gained in the retail sector. He is genuine, challenging and insightful.
Kate Williams MSc, C Psychol
Kate approaches her work with humanity and truthfulness, having a broad experience in management development underpinned by her training and qualifications in psychology. Areas of particular expertise include: leadership and management development, team development, executive coaching and competency based assessment and development. Kate started her career at Ashridge Management College followed by two leading organisational psychology consultancies.
Penny Lock MSc, BA, MSc
Penny works flexibly to assist clients to achieve the changes they identify. Her style is sometimes supportive, sometimes challenging, but always based upon profound attention to and respect for the client. Her approach is practical, creative and realistic. She is equally skilled and experienced in working with individuals or teams to achieve growth and development, and with whole organisational systems to help them become increasingly fit. Her clients have described her as wise, a great listener, humorous and heretical.
Suzanne Penn MA, BA, GIPD
She works in an honest, adult to adult style, using reality-based approaches to help people deal with the complex challenges. Her key areas of expertise include leadership development, group facilitation, team coaching, strategic HR and innovation. She was Assistant Director at Roffey Park, focusing on management development and HR & OD consultancy. Previously, Suzanne worked in operational and strategic roles in HR within the financial services sector.
