Sara Hammond MSc, BA (Hons)
Sara has worked in management consultancy since 1998 focusing on individual, team and organisational development. Her business experience spans a variety of organisations from large corporations to small start-ups across many sectors. She is an experienced executive coach, HR and OD consultant, and facilitator working to support organisations in defining HR strategy and practice.
Examples of some of the leadership and management development work Sara has been involved with include: facilitating senior teams to improve team effectiveness, define strategy and drive strategic implementation; leadership development through workshops, coaching and 360° feedback; facilitating Action Learning Sets; and developing and delivering blended/distance learning programmes. Sara also has expertise in the HR and OD arena, for example, supporting organisations in defining HR strategy and implementation.
Sara has a BA Honours degree in Business Studies, a Masters in Human Resource Development and Diplomas in Coaching and Mentoring and Integrative Counselling. She tutors on a range of accredited coaching and mentoring programmes to Masters level.
