Alison Lewis MA, MCIPD

Alison has worked since 1985 in the field of leadership development, learning set facilitation, strategic thinking and trainer training. Her strengths are in making theoretical understandings of human behaviour concrete and practical. She also has a broad experience of interpersonal skills development, facilitation skills training, and building appreciation of diversity.

 

Ashley Dowlen MSc, MCIPD, PgD Applied Research

Ashley's recent work has included facilitating work with boards and senior management groups on: team functioning, leadership, strategic thinking and performance management. He also provides individual 'shadow' consultancy to directors and senior managers. Other work has involved delivering action-learning development and performance evaluation programmes.

 

Dorothea Ciniglio MA

Dorothea particular expertise has been gained in areas such as: change management, leadership programmes, 360° feedback and executive coaching. She has extensive experience in delivering intact team development programmes and facilitating workshops in coaching, feedback skills and competency-based interviewing and assessment.

 

Sara Hammond MSc, BA (Hons)

Sara has worked in management consultancy since 1998 focusing on individual, team and organisational development. Her business experience spans a variety of organisations from large corporations to small start-ups across many sectors. She is an experienced executive coach, HR and OD consultant, and facilitator working to support organisations in defining HR strategy and practice.
