Alison Lewis MA, MCIPD
Alison has worked since 1985 in the field of leadership development, learning set facilitation, strategic thinking and trainer training. Her strengths are in making theoretical understandings of human behaviour concrete and practical. Her light touch with well grounded theoretical frameworks gives her an engaging and energetic style. She also has a broad experience of interpersonal skills development, facilitation skills training, and building appreciation of diversity. She has worked with organisations across the sectors including: leadership development for senior civil servants, personal development for high-potential managers of a multi-national consulting firm, facilitation skills with a national qualifications awarding body, and leadership and OD projects with a global charity. Much of this work has been with international groups, and she has worked overseas in North America, Europe, the Middle East and East Asia. Alison is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and is particularly interested in the application of this field to personal and organisational development. Previously, Alison was Corporate Learning & Development Manager at Oxfam, Trainer Development Manager (EMEA) at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and MSc Programme Director at Roffey Park.
